Chayz Lounge is a boutique, adult-only destination where smooth jazz meets culinary artistry and every moment feels intentional.
Our mission is to provide an elevated experience in an atmosphere defined by elegance, sophistication, and thoughtful hospitality. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Every guest contributes to the ambiance of Chayz Lounge. We ask that you comport yourself in a manner that reflects the sophistication of our space and shows courtesy toward fellow guests, staff, and performers.
Disruptive, inappropriate, harassing, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, loud talking or excessive noise, whistling, moving or switching tables, disrespect toward staff or performers, disregard for seating arrangements, or any action that diminishes the experience for others.
Management reserves the right to address any behavior that disrupts the atmosphere, compromises safety, or detracts from the Chayz Lounge experience. Guests who fail to follow these guidelines may be asked to leave. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DECOR
To uphold the integrity of our space and ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, outside food, beverages, and decorations are not permitted.
LARGE BAGS & GIFTS
Due to our intimate setting and limited space, we ask that guests refrain from bringing large bags, backpacks, gift bags, floral arrangements, or other oversized items into the lounge.
This policy helps ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests. We encourage planning accordingly, as storage space is not available.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Each experience is designed with limited seating to preserve intimacy. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance to explore ticket transfer options when feasible. No-shows may forfeit their seat without credit or refund.
Our experiences begin promptly at the scheduled time. Unclaimed seats may be released at showtime without a refund. If you anticipate arriving late, please text 803-563-8375 so we may do our best to hold your seat.
SEATING & TABLE SHARING
Seating is intentionally limited to preserve the intimate ambiance of Chayz Lounge. On occasion, cabaret-style seating may be used and may include shared tables.
RESERVATION COMMITMENT
Each ticket reserves a seat for the event and contributes toward the live performance. In addition, seating at Chayz Lounge is intentionally limited and supports our dining-based experience.
If any member of your party is unable to attend, advance notice allows us to release the seat to another guest. Unclaimed seats without prior notice may be subject to a $25 per-seat charge, as they prevent us from accommodating other guests and supporting food and beverage service.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
ADA-compliant seating is available for guests with accessibility needs and service animals. Please text 803-563-8375 for assistance prior to your visit.
