Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales for shows at Chayz Lounge and Chayz Lounge Virtual Shows are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues. We also do not have a credit system, as each show is unique and funds are not transferable from one event to another.

 

Cancelled or Postponed Events
Chayz Lounge and its owners, will endeavor to proceed with all scheduled shows, even under the most difficult circumstances. In general, performances are canceled or postponed only if the safety of the patrons, staff, performers and the community is at risk and/or mandated by government officials. Should this occur, management will make every attempt to inform ticket holders of the cancellation or postponement. In such cases, please retain your ticket as it will be honored for the new event date. If you are not able to attend the event on the rescheduled date, you will have the option to exchange your ticket for another show of equal value.

 

Methods of disseminating information regarding cancellation or postponement include Social Media, email from Eventbrite using the email address associated with your ticket purchase, and Chayz Lounge Newsletter. Please ensure that the email address entered at the time of your ticket purchase is accurate, add info@chayzlounge.com to your contacts, and be sure to check your Spam folder frequently. This will ensure delivery and your receipt of all correspondence from Chayz Lounge and Eventbrite. 

 

Substitution

In the event, Artist is unable to perform due to illness or accident, or other unforeseen circumstances, a qualified substitute will be hired to fulfill the performance. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered. If you do not wish to attend the show, please email

info@chayzlounge.com and management will offer options to exchange your ticket.

 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets

If the tickets you bought are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please call 803-563-8375 and we will be happy to help! Make sure you have the exact name the ticket was purchased under. For damaged or destroyed tickets purchased online via Eventbrite, simply reprint the ticket from the link in your confirmation email or login to your Eventbrite account.
