Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues. We also do not have a credit system, as each show is unique and funds are not transferable from one event to another.
Canceled or Postponed Events
Chayz Lounge and its owner, Chaye Alexander, will endeavor to proceed with all scheduled shows, even under the most difficult circumstances. In general, performances are canceled or postponed only if the safety of the audience or performers is at risk. Should this occur, management will make every attempt to inform ticket holders of the cancellation or postponement.
Methods of disseminating this information include Social Media, the Chayz Lounge Newsletter and via the email address associated with the ticket purchase. In such cases, please retain your ticket as it will be honored for the new event date. If you are not able to attend the event on the rescheduled date, then the management will offer options to exchange your ticket. Please be sure to add to your contacts to ensure delivery and receipt of all correspondence from Chayz Lounge.
In the event, Artist is unable to perform due to illness or accident, or other unforeseen circumstances, a qualified substitute will be hired to fulfill the performance. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered. If you do not wish to attend the show, please email

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
If the tickets you bought are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please call 803-563-8375 and we will be happy to help! Make sure you have the exact name the ticket was purchased under. For damaged or destroyed tickets purchased online via Eventbrite, simply reprint the ticket from the link in your confirmation email or login to your Eventbrite account.
