Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds and Exchanges
All ticket sales for shows at Chayz Lounge are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to customers' scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal matters. Additionally, we do not have a credit system, as each show is unique and funds are not transferable from one event to another.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
We will endeavor to proceed with all scheduled shows, even under the most difficult circumstances. In general, performances are canceled or postponed only if the safety of the patrons, staff, performers and the community is at risk and/or mandated by government officials. Should this occur, management will make every attempt to inform you. In such cases, your ticket will be honored on the new event date. If you are unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date, you will have the option to exchange your ticket for another show of equal value.
Methods of Sharing Information
In the event of a cancelled or postponed show, we will attempt to inform you via the email used to purchase the ticket(s), Eventbrite notification, text messages, our newsletter, and on social media. Please make sure the email address you use when purchasing your tickets is valid and is one that you check frequently. Also, adding info@chayzlounge.com to your contacts will ensure delivery and your receipt of all correspondence from Chayz Lounge.
Substitution
In the event the artist scheduled is unable to perform due to illness or accident, or other unforeseen circumstances, a qualified substitute will be hired to fulfill the performance. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered. If you do not wish to attend the show, please email us and we will offer options to exchange your ticket.
Lost Tickets
If have did not receive your ticket or accidentally deleted the electronic ticket from Eventbrite, please contact us by email or text 803-563-8375 and we will be happy to locate your purchase! We will need the name the ticket was purchased under.
