Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

Chayz Lounge experiences are intentionally curated with limited seating to preserve intimacy and ensure every evening unfolds as designed. For this reason, all ticket purchases are considered final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. When possible, and with advance notice, tickets may be moved to a future experience at management’s discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Changes of mind

Scheduling conflicts

Late arrival or no-shows

Disruptions caused by weather, traffic, or personal circumstances

Removal due to failure to follow house policies

CANCELLEN OR POSTPONED EVENTS

On occasion, an experience may be canceled or postponed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, we will make every effort to notify guests through multiple channels, including the email address and phone number used to purchase tickets, Eventbrite notifications, our newsletter, and our official social media pages.

Please ensure that the email address used at checkout is valid and actively monitored. Adding info@chayzlounge.com to your contacts will help ensure you receive all correspondence from us

 

Clear communication allows us to care for your experience with the same intention that defines our space..

When an event is canceled by us, guests will be offered the option to transfer their tickets to a future experience or receive a full refund.

When an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Guests who are unable to attend the new date may request a transfer to a future experience or a refund.

We rely on official national and regional forecasts and operational considerations when determining whether an experience must be canceled or postponed. Decisions are made based on verified conditions that impact safety, travel, staffing, and operations, not on individual guest circumstances or personal assessments of local conditions.

This approach ensures that all guests, artists, and staff are considered fairly and that each decision is guided by safety, consistency, and care.

We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of everyone involved while preserving the integrity of every experience.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

If a scheduled artist is unable to perform due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances, a qualified substitute will be engaged to fulfill the performance.

At Chayz Lounge, our experiences are curated as a complete evening, not solely around a single performer. The atmosphere, service, setting, and sound remain intentionally designed, even when an artist change occurs.

For this reason, refunds are not offered in the event of artist substitution. Guests who prefer not to attend may contact us to explore options to transfer their ticket to a future experience.

 

LOST TICKET

If you did not receive your ticket or accidentally deleted your electronic ticket, please contact us by email or text 803-563-8375 and we will be happy to locate your purchase.
