

Ticket & Refund Policy
Chayz Lounge experiences are intentionally curated with limited seating. All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. With advance notice, management may approve a transfer to a future experience at its discretion.
Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, weather-related travel concerns, or removal due to failure to follow house policies.
CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
In the rare event that Chayz Lounge cancels an experience, guests will be offered the option to transfer their tickets to a future date or receive a full refund.
If an experience is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Guests unable to attend the new date may request a transfer or refund.
Decisions regarding cancellations or postponements are made based on verified safety and operational conditions.
ARTIST SUBSTITUTIONS
If a scheduled artist is unable to perform, a qualified substitute may be engaged.
Chayz Lounge experiences are curated as complete evenings defined by atmosphere, hospitality, and sound. Refunds are not offered due to artist substitutions.
Guests who prefer not to attend may contact us in advance to explore transfer options.
