Ticket & Refund Policy

Chayz Lounge experiences are intentionally curated with limited seating. All ticket purchases are final.

​

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. With advance notice, management may approve a transfer to a future experience at its discretion.

​

Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, weather-related travel concerns, or removal due to failure to follow house policies.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW​

Reservations are held for 15 minutes. If you anticipate arriving later than your reservation time, please text 803-563-8375so we may hold your seat(s). For ticketed events, seats are held until the start of the performance. At that time, unclaimed seats may be released, and refunds will not be issued.

Refunds are not issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and fail to notify us in advance are considered no shows. No shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer to another performance.

If you're unable to attend a ticketed event, please let us know as soon as possible. When circumstances permit, we'll gladly explore moving your tickets to another performance. Transfer requests are considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.

SHOW CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS​

In the rare event that Chayz Lounge cancels an experience, guests will be offered the option to transfer their tickets to a future date or receive a full refund.

​

If an experience is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Guests unable to attend the new date may request a transfer or refund.

​

Decisions regarding cancellations or postponements are made based on verified safety and operational conditions.

ARTIST SUBSTITUTIONS​

If a scheduled artist is unable to perform, a qualified substitute may be engaged.

​

Chayz Lounge experiences are curated as complete evenings defined by atmosphere, hospitality, and sound. Refunds are not offered due to artist substitutions.

​

Guests who prefer not to attend may contact us in advance to explore transfer options.

​

LOST TICKETS​

If you did not receive your electronic ticket, please contact us prior to the event and we will assist you.
