Chayz Lounge operates under two formats:

RESERVATION-BASED EVENTS

Standard dining evenings require advance reservations.

TICKETED EXPERIENCES

Select curated performances and special events require pre-purchased tickets. Standard dinner reservations are not available on ticketed dates.

Advance reservations or pre-purchased tickets are required. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.​

TABLE STRUCTURE

Seating is intentionally limited. Each table accommodates up to 4 guests and are not combined under any circumstances.

Seating configurations are fixed and may not be moved or reconfigured. This preserves service flow, sightlines, and the composed atmosphere of the lounge.

Occasionally, cabaret-style seating may include shared tables.

If members of your party reserved seating or purchased tickets separately, please notify us in advance.

PARTY SIZE

Parties of 5 to 8 guests will be seated at separate tables within proximity when available. Group reservations are limited to a maximum of eight guests.

MAINTAINING THE ATMOSPHERE​

Seating configurations are fixed to preserve service flow and the composed listening environment. Excessive noise, celebratory disruptions, or movement between tables are not permitted.

Management reserves the right to adjust seating or refuse service when necessary to protect the integrity of the room.
