At Chayz Lounge, each evening is designed with intention. Our policies preserve the atmosphere and ensure a consistent experience for every guest.

TABLE SERVICE
We provide full table service throughout the evening. Our Chef’s Selections are thoughtfully prepared to complement the rhythm of the evening and invite indulgence at a relaxed pace.

Please note: While we offer a house green salad, our menu does not currently accommodate vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free dietary preferences.

MINIMUM SPEND
Our evenings are designed as a curated food and beverage experience. A $40 per guest minimum is required and is exclusive of taxes and service charge.

Any remaining balance will be applied to the final bill.

HOSPITALITY CHARGE POLICY
An 18% hospitality charge supports our overall operation and ensures the consistency of our intimate lounge experience.
Gratuities for your server and bartender are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

TICKETED PERFORMANCES
For ticketed evenings, ticket purchases support the performers.
Food and beverage purchases support the operational structure of the lounge.

CULINARY PREPARATION
All dishes are prepared to order to ensure quality and presentation. We appreciate your patience during peak moments.

BEVERAGES
All beverages are served individually. Refills are not offered.
​
We proudly serve Vellamo Natural Spring Water in glass bottles as part of our commitment to refined presentation.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
Once an item has been prepared, it cannot be modified or exchanged.
We encourage thoughtful ordering and are happy to answer questions prior to placing selections.
