At Chayz Lounge, the experience begins with intention. Every detail is crafted to please the senses and create an evening that feels seamless, elevated, and unhurried. To help ensure that experience for every guest, we invite you to review the following policies.

TABLE SERVICE
We offer full table service to enhance your time with us. Our Chef’s Selections are thoughtfully prepared to complement the sound in the room and invite indulgence throughout the evening.

MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENT
Chayz Lounge is designed for lingering. Tables are reserved for extended stays and are not turned throughout the night.
​
For this reason, a per-guest minimum food and beverage purchase applies.
​
$40 per person for parties of up to 4.
$45 per person for parties of 6 to 8 guests.
​
​These amounts exclude taxes and the service charge.
​
If the minimum spend is not met, the remaining balance will be added to your bill. For additional details regarding group reservations, please visit our Group Policies page.

Please note: Chayz Lounge is designed for intimate experiences. To maintain the integrity of the space, parties are limited to a maximum of 8 guests and are seated at adjacent tables when applicable. Tables are not combined.

VINO & VINYL EVENINGS
Vino & Vinyl is designed as a relaxed, living-room-style experience. On these evenings, the minimum food and beverage purchase is $25 per guest.
​
This adjusted minimum reflects the lighter, more laid-back nature of the experience. Guests are invited to settle in with a glass of wine, a cocktail, or a small plate and simply enjoy the rhythm of the room.

SERVICE CHARGE POLICY
An 18% service charge is applied to all guest checks.
This charge helps sustain the Chayz Lounge experience and the thoughtful details that make each visit special.
Gratuities for your server and bartender are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

TICKET & DINING POLICY
Ticket purchases cover the performers’ fees. Food and beverage purchases support the operational costs of the lounge.

WAIT TIME
All dishes are prepared to order to ensure the highest quality. While this may result in a brief wait, we appreciate your patience.

​
BEVERAGES
All beverages, including soft drinks, are served as single servings. Refills are not offered.
​
For your enjoyment and sustainability, we serve Vellamo Natural Spring Water in elegant glass bottles as part of our commitment to quality and a refined dining experience.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
Each dish is prepared to order using premium ingredients, and every beverage is crafted with care by our certified bartenders. As a boutique establishment, we must be mindful of waste and preparation costs.
Once an order has been placed and prepared, it cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged. Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, ordering errors, or dissatisfaction with a selected item. We kindly ask that you order thoughtfully.

FOOD ALLERGIES
Not all ingredients are listed on the menu. Please inform your server of any allergies prior to ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

SEATING & TABLE SHARING
Seating is intentionally limited to preserve an intimate atmosphere. On occasion, seating may be cabaret-style and include table sharing.
If you are attending with guests whose tickets were purchased under different names, please text us at 803-563-8375 so we may do our best to seat your party together.​

POLICY ENFORCEMENT
Failure to meet posted minimum purchase requirements or refusal to settle the full balance due will be treated as non-payment.

Management reserves the right to require immediate payment, refuse service, or take appropriate action when Dining Policies are not observed.
