To ensure an exceptional dining experience, we kindly ask that you review our policies before your visit. These guidelines help us maintain the quality, service, and ambiance that define Chayz Lounge. From freshly prepared dishes and a minimum purchase requirement to gratuity, beverage service, and health & safety measures, our policies are designed to provide the best possible experience for all guests.

Dining Policies​
Wait Time: Our dishes are freshly prepared to order, ensuring the highest quality for you to enjoy. This commitment to freshness may result in a short wait time, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.​

Minimum Purchase Requirement: A minimum spend of $25 per person in food and/or drinks is required—excluding taxes and gratuity. If your total purchase falls below this requirement, you will be charged for the difference.
Kindly note that the ticket price covers entertainment only, with food and beverages available for separate purchase. We encourage you to bring your appetite to savor our delectable cuisine, Signature Cocktails, and curated wine.

Gratuity: An 18% gratuity is automatically added to each bill to ensure fair wages for our servers & bartenders.

Food Allergies: All ingredients are listed. Please inform your server of any food allergies.

Beverages: All beverages, including sodas, are served as single servings, and refills are not offered. We also serve bottled water, presented in glass bottles for quality and sustainability.

Return & Exchanges: Our dishes are prepared to order by our very own Chef Augusta using only the freshest ingredients.
Once your order has been prepared, modifications or cancellations cannot be made. Items will not be removed from your bill if you change your mind, do not like your selection, or order an item in error. Additionally, refunds will not be issued.​

Health & Safety: The health and safety of our patrons, and staff is our highest priority. Please DO NOT ENTER our establishment if you have a fever, severe cough, sore throat, or other COVID or flu-like symptoms. Hand sanitation is done upon your arrival.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.​
