At Chayz Lounge, the experience begins with intention. Every detail is crafted to please the senses. Our entrées are thoughtfully composed and beautifully presented, each dish prepared with care to delight the palate and complement the soulful Chayz Lounge experience.

To ensure a seamless and elevated dining experience, we kindly ask that you review the following policies. These guidelines help us preserve the refined ambiance, attentive service, and exceptional quality that define Chayz Lounge.
​Please note: Chayz Lounge is a 21+ venue for all Experiences, including our Sunday Jazz brunch.​

OUR DINNER & SHOW EXPERIENCE
Our Dinner & Show tickets make the evening effortless. Select experiences include an entrée from our Chef’s Selections menu, reserved seating, and the smooth, soulful jazz you love. One ticket. One unforgettable night.

WAIT TIME
Our dishes are freshly prepared to order to ensure the highest quality. While this may result in a slight delay, we appreciate your patience.

MINIMUM SPEND REQUIREMENT
Unless dinner is included with your ticket, a minimum food and/or beverage purchase of $40 per person applies to parties of 1 to 4 guests, excluding tax and gratuity. Should your total fall below this amount, the difference will be added to your bill.

Unlike our premium ticketed events, our Sunday Jazz Brunch does not require a ticket purchase. The live jazz is offered at no additional charge and made possible, in part, by the minimum spend.
​
To support the elevated ambiance, seamless operation of our venue, and the live jazz enjoyed during brunch, a minimum spend of $50 per person applies to groups larger than four guests, excluding tax and gratuity.

GRATUITY
An 18% gratuity is automatically added to every bill. This amount is shared between your server and the bartender. Our team relies on tips for their income, and the gratuity helps ensure they earn a fair, livable wage.

BEVERAGES
All beverages, including soft drinks, are served as single servings. Refills are not offered.
​
For your enjoyment and sustainability, we serve Vellamo Natural Spring Water in elegant glass bottles as part of our commitment to quality and a refined dining experience.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
At Chayz Lounge, every dish is made to order with premium ingredients, and each beverage is crafted with care by our certified bartenders. As a small, boutique establishment, we must be mindful of waste and the cost associated with each preparation.
For this reason, once an order has been placed and prepared, it cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged. We kindly ask that you order thoughtfully, as refunds cannot be issued for changes of mind, ordering errors, or dissatisfaction with a chosen item.

Brunch Timed Seating Policy
In the event other guests are waiting to be seated, we may need to reclaim your table once dining is complete, ensuring each guest enjoys the full Chayz Lounge experience.

FOOD ALLERGIES
All ingredients are not listed on the menu. Please inform your server of any allergies before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

SEATING & TABLE SHARING
Our seating is purposely limited to ensure an intimate dining experience for every guest. On occasion, seating may be cabaret-style, which could include sharing a table with others.
If you’re attending with guests whose tickets were purchased under different names, text us at 803-563-8375, and we’ll do our best to seat your party together.

HEALTH & SAFETY
The well-being of our guests and staff is our top priority. If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you postpone your visit. Additionally, security cameras are in use throughout the venue to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
