Guest Etiquette & Expectations
Chayz Lounge is a boutique, adult-only destination designed for guests who value atmosphere, discretion, and thoughtful hospitality.
To preserve the tone of the room, guests are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy toward fellow guests, staff, and performers.
Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, disrespect toward staff or artists, or disregard for seating arrangements will not be permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse service or request departure when necessary to protect the integrity of the experience.
OUTSIDE ITEMS & LARGE BAGS
Outside food, beverages, decorations, and oversized items are not permitted.
Large bags, backpacks, gift bags, floral arrangements, and similar items should not be brought into the lounge. Storage is not available.
ATTENDANCE & ARRIVAL
Seating is limited and intentionally reserved. If you are unable to attend, please notify us in advance so the seats may be released.
Unclaimed seats may be released at showtime without refund.
SEATING & TABLE SHARING
Seating configurations are intentionally arranged and may not be moved or reconfigured. This preserves service flow, sightlines, and the composed atmosphere of the lounge.
On select evenings, cabaret-style seating may include shared tables.
Accessible seating is available. Please contact us in advance to arrange accommodations.
