Our mission is to provide an unparalleled experience in an atmosphere defined by elegance, sophistication, and intentional hospitality. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines:
DINING
We offer table service to enhance your experience. Our menu features Tasting Trio and À La Carte options, thoughtfully crafted to invite indulgence and offer a variety of delicious flavors.

Minimum Purchase Requirement
To support the elevated ambiance, the operation of our venue, and the attentive service we strive to maintain, a minimum spend applies. Full details can be found on our Dining Policies page.
CODE OF CONDUCT
At Chayz Lounge, every guest contributes to the ambiance. We ask that you carry yourself in a manner that reflects the sophistication of our establishment. Courtesy toward fellow guests, staff, and performers is essential to preserving the calm, curated experience we provide.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, disruptive, inappropriate, harassing, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, loud talking, whistling, excessive noise, moving or switching tables, disrespect toward staff or performers, disregard for seating arrangements, or any actions that diminish the experience for others.
Management reserves the right to address any behavior that disrupts the atmosphere, compromises safety, or diminishes the integrity of the Chayz Lounge experience. Guests who fail to follow our guidelines may be asked to leave. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Outside Food & Decor
To uphold the integrity of our space and ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, outside food, beverages, and decorations are not permitted.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Each event is designed with limited seating to provide an intimate experience. If you're unable to attend, please notify us in advance to explore the option of a ticket transfer. No-shows may forfeit their seat without credit or refund.
Late Arrival
Our Experiences begin promptly at the scheduled time. To maintain the evening’s flow, unclaimed seats may be forfeited at showtime without a refund.
If you anticipate being late, please text 803-563-8375 so we can hold your seat(s). Can’t attend? Let us know as soon as possible. We’re happy to explore transferring your ticket to a future experience when feasible.
Reservation Commitment
Purchasing tickets for yourself or others reserves seats for the event. If any member of your party is unable to attend, advance notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in a $25 charge per unclaimed seat.
SEATING & TABLE SHARING
Our seating is cabaret-style and may include sharing a table with other guests. If you’re attending with others whose tickets were purchased under different names, text us at 803-563-8375, and we’ll do our best to seat you together.
Accessible Seating
