Valentine's Dinner Menu

 

Experience an unforgettable Valentine's Day affair that features an exquisite three-course cuisine curated by our very own Chef Augusta, paired with a complimentary glass of wine, complemented by the sounds of contemporary jazz by guitarist Jmichael Peeples with his amazing band. Doors open at 6pm, live jazz starts at 7pm.

Selections

 

Your experience begins with a small salad of European-style lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onions, carrots, sliced cucumbers & Colby-Jack cheese with your choice of dressing. Next, choose from an entrée below to be served with wild rice or twice baked potatoes and asparagus roasted with herb infused olive oil & red peppers.

 

BAKED CORNISH HENS

Cornish hen infused with fresh rosemary & garlic.

PRIME RIB

Prime rib Au Jus slow roasted to perfection, topped with seasoned grilled shrimp & a garlic herb butter accompaniment.

HONEY GLAZED SALMON

Salmon filet marinated in our savory sauce, seared to perfection & covered with our house-made honey glaze.

Vegan Option

 

HUMMUS & VEGETABLE PLATE

Our delectable, house-made hummus blends roasted red peppers with chickpeas, EVOO, and

creamy tahini for bold flavor. Served with vegetables and toasted naan bread.

CHOCOLATE OVERLOAD CAKE

A four layer chocolate cake filled with a smooth milk chocolate mousse, finished in chocolate ganache & covered

with dark chocolate bark pieces.

DOUBLE DECKER STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

Layers of New York-Style Cheesecake, yellow shortcake, strawberry jam, and strawberry mousse. Finished with a light strawberry glaze and graham crumb.

DOUBLE DECKER UPSIDE-DOWN PINEAPPLE CAKE

Our creamy New York-Style Cheesecake sandwiched with two layers of caramel pineapple upside-down cake.
