Escape from the ordinary! Join us Wednesdays from 6pm - 9pm for our signature dining experience featuring a one-time only menu of delicious cuisine developed by our very own Chef Augusta.

 

This weekly event gives you an exclusive peek into the imagination of Chef Augusta and her talented team. With every menu, you will experience a symphony of flavors and artistry, lovingly prepared with exceptional flair. Your experience begins with mini croissants with butter, followed by a small garden salad, and ends with a decadent dessert. 

Choose an entrée below to enjoy with oven roasted potatoes or white rice with gravy & Caribbean vegetable blend.

 

BAKED BARBECUE CHICKEN

Leg quarters, perfectly seasoned, baked and brushed with our blend of barbecue sauce.

Succulent, premium chuck roast, slow braised in our signature blend of herbs & spices.

Garnished with carrots, onions, and roasted potatoes.
