In addition to being a live music venue, Chayz Lounge is also the perfect place to host intimate gatherings. Our space evokes the feeling of an exclusive gathering in a sophisticated dining area.

 

Chayz Lounge may not be large compared to some, but it is the perfect size for the right event. Our standard configuration accommodates seating for up to 64 guests comfortably, with a total interior capacity of 99. As well, our outdoor courtyard accommodates an additional 24 seated guests and is available as additional rental space.

 

Throughout the years, Chayz Lounge has been the preferred venue for:

Tables and chairs are included with the rental and our space can be configured as needed for your event. Table linen and chair covers are available an additional cost. Please note that events cannot exceed 11:00 pm.

Catering

Catering for your event is provided in-house by our Chef. The menu can be tailored to your taste and preference. We also offer full bar service. Outside food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, are not allowed.

 

We offer the following three options to celebrate special occasion at our establishment. 

 

OPTION 1: Minimum Spend for Groups of 8 to 12

If you're planning to bring a group of 10 to 12 people to one of our ticketed shows, please note that each person is required to spend a minimum of $50 in food and/or beverages—not including taxes and gratuity. If the total spends falls below this requirement, your guest(s) will be charged for the difference.

Furthermore, since you will be attending an event that is open to the public, your guests must comply with our rules and standards to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. If your group consists of more than 12 people, then we recommend Options 2 or 3.

OPTION 2: Rent The Space

Our in-house Chef will create an exquisite private dining experience that’s sure to leave a lasting impression with your guests. The following are our rental rates, excluding holidays, catering cost, taxes, and gratuity.

$900 (9am - 2pm or 5pm - 9pm)

Thursdays

$900 (9am - 2pm)

$1,250 (5pm - 10pm)
 

Fridays

$1,000 (9am - 2pm)

$1,750 (5pm - 11pm)

 

Saturdays

$1,000 (9am - 2pm)

$2,125 (5pm - 11pm)
 

Sundays

$1,100 (9am - 2pm or 5pm - 9pm)

OPTION 3: Buy Out The Room

Due to the intimate setting of Chayz Lounge, we cannot accommodate groups larger than 12 at ticketed shows that is open to the public. If your group consists of more than 12 people, then we recommend that you purchase all 64 seats in our room, thereby closing the event to the public. 

 

A rental fee is not associated with this option nor do we provide catering services. However, there is a minimum amount that must be spent on food and beverages, excluding taxes, fees, or gratuity. Your guests can order items from our food, wine, and cocktail menus at their own expense. The following is a breakdown of the minimum requirements for food and beverage (F&B) purchases that must be met as a group.
